Infrastructure
A campus built for scale, run with precision.
Bahadurgarh, Haryana
7.5 acres of integrated footwear engineering.
The Diamond Footcare campus consolidates compounding, moulding, hawai sheet pressing, stitching, finishing, packaging and dispatch under one roof. Vertical integration is what allows us to underwrite the throughput, consistency and timelines that international buyers ask for, every season, at every volume. This is the same infrastructure that already ships to ten countries, proven at export volume, not a pitch-deck promise.
Capabilities
From compound to container, one accountable team.
Injection & Moulding
EVA, PU and TPR moulding lines calibrated for high-volume export runs with low tolerance drift. Multiple compounding lines let us hold density and hardness specs consistent across a 50,000-pair order the same way we would across a 500-pair sample run.
Hawai Sheet Press
1100-ton imported presses producing hawai sheets, cut and finished into flip-flops in-house. Owning the press means owning the sheet quality: thickness, cushioning and colour consistency are controlled at the source, not bought in from a third-party supplier.
Stitching & Assembly
Skilled lines for sneakers, sports shoes and assembled uppers with traceable QC at each station. Twenty in-house stitching lines mean upper construction, lasting and finishing all stay under one supervisory chain, and every station signs off before a shoe moves forward.
In-house Laboratory
Material, abrasion and slip-resistance testing to international retailer standards. Testing happens before shipment, not after a customer complaint: abrasion, flex, adhesion and slip resistance are checked against the same benchmarks your retail compliance team will ask for.
Sampling Studio
Rapid prototyping for private-label development. Tech-pack to first article in days, not weeks. A dedicated sampling machine and studio run in parallel to production, so development work never competes with live orders for machine time.
Warehousing & Export
Bonded warehouse with palletised storage, carton labelling and container loading at the gate. Cartons are labelled, palletised and loaded on-site, so your freight forwarder collects a container-ready shipment, not loose stock that needs consolidation elsewhere.

Compliance
Audited to international standards, ISO and SMETA aligned.
Our systems, materials and working conditions are held to the ethical and quality benchmarks global retailers require, verified through independent audit. ISO-aligned quality systems and SMETA-aligned social compliance are both standing practice, not a one-time certificate pulled out for buyer visits. We welcome factory walkthroughs and virtual audits as a normal part of onboarding a new partner.
